It is going on since last 30 years. These dramas depict the current social problems of kutchi community with a comedy touch so as to warn people against the social evils prevailing in the community.

  Apart from Mumbai’s various auditoriums, these Kutchi dramas are performed since last many years in the various parts of kutch, also in South India’s major cities like Hyderabad, Chennai, Madurai, Hubli, Bangalore, and even at places like Sangli, Sholapur, Ahmadabad, Vadodara etc. Every year new drama produced by sanstha celebrates Golden Jubilee in a short period which is not only a record in the field of kutchi dramatics but also matter of great pride for the Kutchi literature and theatre. Great Minds within Kutchi community meet up through such get together and groups working for the society are formed.
